Your Natural Health Journey was founded by Katelyn Cohrs, FDN-P, a young professional who has walked the path herself and has made a commitment to helping others experience a more personal and tailored approach to wellness. After a severe health crisis in her mid-twenties, Katelyn began a decade-long journey, navigating through a wide spectrum of practitioners and modalities, ultimately shaping the work she does today.

Her experiences have taught her that all people have a unique story that needs to be told and addressed individually. From a hospitalized, bedridden, twenty-four year old to an active mother of three, Katelyn has survived mold toxicity, lyme/co-infections, Epstein Barr virus, pancreatitis, systemic lupus (SLE), multiple miscarriages and more.

Katelyn is now a mother of three, an outdoor enthusiast and passionate holistic health practitioner seeking to transform the lives of those who are in the same place she once had been. She has turned the knowledge she gained during her struggles into a gift to serve others, gathering a dedicated support team who strongly believe in the village mentality. She wants you to know you are here for a reason and you no longer have to feel lost or left to wander alone.
